Start with 3/4 inch thick plywood base.

Assemble wind tower in horizontal position. Center pole slides down through two bushings and rests on lower shelf.

Raise wind tower.

Slide tower into place over plywood base.

Loop ropes over four corners.

Tighten ropes.
